When I was 16, I took drugs and ended up in bad shape. It really upset my life — I started to go down and down. But when I read the book Clear Body, Clear Mind and saw what the Purification Rundown does, I thought, “I want to do the Purification Rundown.” When I read the book I knew immediately that I was affected by drugs and I wanted to handle it.
Before the Purification Rundown my life was sad. And after, it was more lively. It was like I was sleeping before, and then I woke up. The difference was black and white.
